The Founder has had the privilege of working with the ECHS (Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme) at multiple stations, gaining valuable experience in disciplined, patient-centric care. Exposure to both the government sector and corporate environments has shaped a balanced approach—combining clinical excellence with efficiency and empathy.

Over the years, as a consultant, the Founder has collaborated with various clinics, managing complex prosthodontic cases and refining a treatment philosophy centered on precision and personalization.
